Sewing Classes for Kids!
We have ongoing sewing classes for kids 6 to 14 years of age. Students will learn to use sewing machines. Our projects start "sew simple" and continue to more challenging. Beginning projects include hair scrunchies, pillowcases, aprons, quilts pajamas and pajama bag, as well as other articles of clothing. We make special projects for the holidays and, if a student has a project in mind, we try to help with that also. In between class projects, we work on quilts to donate to special charities. Bernina sewing machines will be provided and kits will be available for some projects. Stop by the shop for more information and available dates.
